One of the greatest benefits to being a student of Family Martial Arts is the reinforcement of self-discipline.  Children especially need the discipline to help them be successful at school. This discipline will give Teens the means to resist negative peer pressure.  Adults will have the confidence to meet challenges with vigor!

Quality Time

How often have we wanted to spend quality time with our family?  Family Martial Arts is the avenue designed to include the whole family, parents and children, Yes, even grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

*The spiritual training is contingent on family participation through charity, community service, and opportunities for mission trips. 
*The mental challenges will only be accomplished through family encouragement.
*The physical training is so enticing it is impossible to just sit quietly and watch which means the whole family is involved. 

I am blessed to be able to spend time with my family through this year round activity.

Self Defense

Tang Soo Do is a Korean Martial Art melded from ancient Japanese and Chinese Martial Arts. 

San Kil Tang Soo Do augments the traditional art with practical applications designed for a more modern awareness.

Family Martial Arts is designed to incorporate physical, mental, and spiritual training as a family unit to be aware of potential dangers and give you the tools to defend yourself.
